Position: Food Expeditor
Location: Naples, FL
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) + staff meals
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the flow of orders between the kitchen and front-of-house staff
Ensure accuracy and quality of all plates before they leave the kitchen
Communicate effectively with chefs and servers to ensure timely food delivery
Garnish and stage dishes properly for presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo station
Keep service running smoothly during high-volume periods
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant required (expo experience preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Eye for detail and commitment to quality and presentation
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Team player with a strong sense of urgency
