The Timbers Restaurant and Fish Market and Home of the Sanibel Grill is accepting resumes for the listed position. We are a dinner house only. Duties would include covering the GM's days of and working in tandem on weekend nights. Shifts would vary, but usually noon to close on GM's days off and then a few sliding shifts based on business. BOH knowledge is helpful. Retail Fish Counter assistance daily as needed. Send resume for consideration. Option to start hourly and then move to salary.
