Live-In, P-T Childcare - $500 rent (private bdrm, bath & livingrm)

Single 33-year-old Veteran Father is offering a low rent for a Tenant/Housemate who can provide very part-time childcare for 1 healthy, bright, school-age child only1-3 days/week (before and/or after school). Private room with walk-in closet, bathroom and living room with nook as well as utilities & WiFi included. Shared will be kitchen, laundry, lanai and fenced backyard. Driveway Parking. Hours of childcare per week will range from 5-15 hours, depending on work shift. Grandmother frequently has child overnight and can take when there’s schedule conflicts. Must have a source of income to pay rent, no criminal history, nonsmoker, clean, organized, honest, provide resume & driver’s license and like kids. Furnished, Part Furnished or Unfurnished. Enjoy living in a home while only paying a $500 all-inclusive rent and helping just a little with child, typically M-W before or after school. Will pay for Spanish Tutoring or Music Lessons, if you have these skills.
