Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with HVAC experience to join our team as a Service and Support Desk Representative. This role is crucial in providing outstanding customer support and technical assistance related to our control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries related to HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC and control-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer interactions.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating service appointments.
- Use Excel and QuickBooks Online for data entry and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC service or support is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills, specifically in Excel and QuickBooks Online.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
