Guest Services Supervisor - Full Time – DiamondHead Beach Resort
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and flow of operations of the resort Guest Services department including administrative duties and overseeing all guest relations. Responsible for performing functions of Guest Services Agent and proving assistance and back-up in development, training, mentoring, & coaching to staff. Responsible for upholding the company standards and enforcing company policies, procedures and practices. Candidates must have ability to maintain accurate records, including cash flow sheet, direct bill accounts, credit card payments, registration cards, and reservation cards. Flexible schedule is required – includes days, evenings, nights and weekends as needed. Previous supervisory and guest services experience is preferred.
