Bookkeeping Position with QuickBooks Online Version Experience.

Growing renovation contractor looking to fill a bookkeeping position. The position is for a person with a FULL understanding of QuickBooks online version. If you do not have the online experience with QuickBooks, please do not apply. The position can be built into a full-time position once all bookkeeping is up to speed and running smoothly. Requirements are as follows: Reliable transportation, Current driver's license, flexible hours (within reason), ability to work unsupervised, take ownership of all bookkeeping aspects for the job, payroll experience, job costing experience (construction job costing a plus), reconciliation of all accounts, invoicing, collecting of open invoice monies, professional appearance and attitude as you will be dealing with the public. We are open to contract work also. Once the bookkeeping duties are completed and time remain, we would be open to building the position to what you would like.
