Job Description:
We’re seeking independent delivery drivers to join our team and provide same-day delivery services for small packages to homes, apartments, and businesses using your own vehicle. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to earn while operating as full-time independent contractors in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Job Details:
Pickup Location: Our client’s warehouse in Hialeah, with package pickup starting at 6:00 AM daily.
Delivery Areas: Allapattah, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, Kendall, Country Walk, Cutler Bay, Coco Plum, Goulds, Cutler Ridge, Naranja, Leisure City, Homestead, Florida City, Redlands, Richmond West, and other surrounding areas.
Clients: Deliver packages for top brands such as Temu, TikTok, Shein, and others, with high delivery volume.
Schedule: 7 days a week operation with alternating rest days. Weekend availability is required.
Routes: Delivery volume depends on vehicle capacity, driver ability, and route density.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete assigned same-day delivery routes efficiently and accurately.
Take photos as proof of delivery (POD) and ensure packages are delivered to the correct recipient or location.
Return failed delivery attempts to the warehouse the following morning, regardless of your work schedule.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean motor vehicle record, and clean background check.
Own a reliable, insured vehicle with current registration.
Individuals with vans or large-capacity vehicles are highly encouraged to apply.
Strong time management, organizational, and customer service skills.

Key Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Reliable personal vehicle
Smartphone for route navigation
Clean driving record
Drug-Free
Clean background - no criminal offenses
Age 21+
All midsize vehicles to delivery vans preferred.
Job Duties:
Pickup and deliver packages from local distribution center
Follow optimized delivery routes
Provide proof of delivery
Maintain professional customer interactions
Scan and track packages using mobile technology

Skills in entering into gated and coded communities
