We are a towing company looking for EXPERIENCED TOWING DISPATCHER

- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
- Must know the addresses in Miami Dade, Broward and West Palm Beach Counties.
- With the ability to answer a multi-line phone and dispatch the calls out to our tow truck drivers.
- This is an in person position, it's not a remote position.

Essential tasks for the dispatcher position we are looking for:
- Must have the ability to receive a large number of calls,
- Ask the client for all the necessary information during the call so that the driver can get to the place of the call without problems.
- Must know the addresses of Miami and Broward
- Forward each call to the corresponding driver
- Constantly monitor the location of each truck
- Help drivers choose the fastest routes for each call
- Help drivers during calls if necessary
