JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of Florida.
Must have 2-3 years experience.
Position requires a clean driving record and a minimum of 2-3 years Roll Off experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to use tablet to receive dispatched jobs through soft pak.
JOB FUNCTIONS:

Understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Maintain clear communication with customers, dispatch and supervisors and keep updated daily entries on paperwork.
Secure containers by attaching hook to container; uses control levers to pull container up on the bed of the truck, secures straps and hand tarp individual containers as necessary.
Driver handles waste from high-volume construction, residential, and commercial facilities and safely transport open top and compact containers for proper disposal at area landfills.
Position requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to read work orders and service each customer identified on the work order that is assigned by the dispatcher.
Operates compaction and lift equipment on vehicle.
Performs Daily Pre and Post Trip inspections including inspection under hood, check under carriage, check fluid levels and air tires.
Daily maintenance of truck including washing exterior weekly. Inspect/Clean Truck: Lift hood, inspect under the hood, walk around and check under carriage; pump gas, check fluid levels and air tires - Uses air gauge, dipstick for levels, and gas pump nozzle for gas fill
