We are seeking a kind and empathetic driver to join our team at Swift Therapy Corp, a leading provider of physical therapy and rehabilitation services. In this important role, you will be responsible for safely transporting our clients to and from their appointments, providing a calming presence and emotional support along the way.
Duties will include:
Driving clients in our company vehicles to their scheduled therapy sessions
Assisting clients in and out of the vehicle with patience and care
Engaging in friendly conversation to help put clients at ease
Ensuring clients arrive at their appointments on time and in a relaxed state
Maintaining detailed logs of driving activities and client interactions
Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
1+ years of experience driving passengers, especially those with special needs
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
Ability to remain calm and compassionate in all situations
