Job Description:
CNB Innovations is seeking a skilled Shop Carpenter to join our team. As a pivotal member of our fabrication team, you'll be responsible for crafting components and structures that form the backbone of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret build drawings.
Measure, cut, and assemble wood, metal, plastic, and other materials with precision and attention to detail.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools proficiently.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure project requirements are met.
Adhere to project timelines.
Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a fabrication or shop environment.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Preferred but not needed:
Experience with metalworking, welding, and/or other fabrication techniques is a plus.
Pay Rate: $20-35 per hour, based on skills and experience.
