We are a high-end architectural millwork shop in Coconut Creek seeking an experienced Millwork Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
1. Install custom millwork, cabinetry, trim, and casework on job sites
2. Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and field dimensions
3. Ensure accurate fit, finish, and alignment of millwork pieces
4. Collaborate with project managers and shop team to meet schedules
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5+ years of millwork/cabinetry installation experience
2. Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, hardware, and installation techniques
3. Ability to read drawings and field measure accurately
4. Must have own TOOLS and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
5. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and professionalism on job sites
