Irrigation Technicians and Foreman Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Irrigation Technicians and Foreman to join our team. The Irrigation Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of irrigation systems to ensure optimal efficiency and performance. You will lead a team of irrigation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix irrigation systems.

Troubleshoot electrical issues and use a wire tracker.

Perform wet checks and make sure the irrigation systems and different zones are up and running.

Coordinate and supervise the installation and repair of irrigation systems.

Assign tasks to irrigation technicians, ensuring timely completion of projects from beginning to end.

Install valves, irrigation pumps, timers, solenoids, pressure switches, main lines, laterals, sleeves, controllers, timers, rain sensors, etc.

Install controllers, timers, and rain sensors.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience in irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair.

The following physical abilities are required: crouching, manual dexterity, hearing, kneeling, mental acuity, reaching, repetitive motion, speaking, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity, and walking.

Willingness to work long hours, including overtime and weekends, and assist with other projects.

Must speak English (Spanish is a plus).

Legal authorization to work in the United States

Work in the heat all day and all weather conditions

Be able to pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screens.

Additional Requirements for Foreman Only

Communication skills, with the ability to supervise and guide team members.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and irrigation system designs.

Knowledge of irrigation components, including pumps, controllers, valves, pipes, and sprinklers.

Ability to operate irrigation equipment and tools effectively.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
