Plant and Nursery Installation

In this role, you'll be part of a close-knit team of four, working in a variety of environments to enhance our clients' spaces with live plants. You’ll be helping create lush, green designs that transform indoor and outdoor areas, all while staying active and enjoying the benefits of physical work. This position is ideal for someone who has experience in nurseries or enjoys working out, and is interested in a leadership role within the first year.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the Operations Manager installing containerized plants
Trim, clean, and maintain plants to keep them healthy and vibrant
Assist in building specialized projects, such as green walls (live & artificial)
Help with seasonal tasks, including installing and taking down holiday décor (November–January), with required weekend availability during this time (overtime will be compensated)
Assist in nursery pickups and deliveries
Skills/Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
A genuine interest in plants and horticulture (formal education not required)
Basic handyman skills and problem-solving ability
Valid driver’s license (box truck experience is a plus)
Ability to lift 40+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, walking, climbing stairs, and kneeling
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot when necessary

Schedule: Approximately 35 hours a week during peak season, with potential for reduced hours in the summer.
