Are you a highly skilled automotive technician ready to step into a leadership role? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced shop where quality and teamwork matter? Bill Tyson's Auto Shop is looking for an experienced Auto Shop Foreman to join our team and take charge of day-to-day shop operations, workflow efficiency, and technician support.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise technicians on repairs and diagnostics
Assign work orders and ensure timely, accurate job completion
Step in on complex diagnostics and repairs when needed
Monitor productivity, repair quality, and shop safety standards
Maintain clean, organized, and fully functional shop operations
Work with service advisors on job timelines and customer updates
Help with technician training and performance improvement
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
Previous leadership or foreman experience (preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Expected hours: 40 per week

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
