FHIA Remodeling is hiring an Field Installation Manager to join its growing team in Fort Lauderdale.
The Field Installations Manager is responsible for ensuring that our customers' expectations are met and will work directly with the installation crews to achieve this goal. This manager will be covering up to the Fort Lauderdale up to Vero Beach area.
What You'll Do:
Function in a customer-facing role to support customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide creative solutions
Monitor installation of jobs to ensure quality standards are maintained
Coordinates installation material delivery and pickup
Performs pre and post inspection of job site
Collect final documents and payments upon job completion
Recruit installers as needed to support growth
Complete services where necessary
Recommends concepts to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality
Represents FHIA in project meetings and attends strategy sessions
What You'll Bring:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Field management or supervisory position
Must have large personal vehicle for daily use
Construction experience preferred
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Must be computer savvy
Good organizational, social, and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
What Can We Offer You:
$55,000 to $65,000 per year based on experience and skills
Performance bonuses - $50 per job completion (after bonus pay is typically over $100K/yr)
