Position: Highly Experienced Project Manager
Location: Miami-Dade
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of luxury residential development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
- Implement and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control processes.
- Schedule, attend, and lead project meetings, reporting on progress and deficiencies.
- Assist with preconstruction materials, specifications, and procedures.
- Manage several new construction and repair jobs simultaneously.
- Log materials to/from stores and job sites in a safe manner.
- Monitor performance of subcontractors and manage project performance, schedule, cost control, and change management systems.
- Produce and track RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is realized through exceptional project execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury residential development, with a minimum of 4 years of construction project management experience.
- Expert in reading plans and blueprints, and strong knowledge of structures and high-end luxury interior finishes.
- Excellent organizational and management skills to oversee the flow of materials, labor, and equipment needed to complete projects on budget and on time.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email) and experience with CAD/design a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and interior designers.
- Knowledge of budgeting, negotiation, and experience in reading blueprints and takeoffs.
