We are a 3rd Generation Family owned business. Located in Sunrise Florida we operate from a 135,000 square foot building.
Goal: Looking for an individual who possess a good understanding of pluming, electrical and HVAC. They must be hardworking, honest and motivated. This person will organize and personally do and or manage various tasks to ensure the property remains in good condition, operates efficiently and safely.Looking for someone long term, who works well with others, is organized and can communicate in Spanish and English fluently.
Some tasks/skills but not limited to:
Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing.
Has decent understanding HVAC, plumbing, basic carpentry and electrical.
Collaborates with maintenance workers, maintenance managers, and contractors.
Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools responsibly
Education and Experience Requirements:
At least one year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred
A certification in building maintenance is a plus
Must have a driver’s license and own transportation
Work Hours and Benefits:
Full Time - 40 Hour work week
Salary Employee, pay cycle every 2 weeks
Health/Dental/Vision/RX/after 90-day probation period/401K after 1 year
2 Sick & 5 Personal Day per year
2 weeks vacation after first year
Some weekend or after hours required for emergencies
