Shop Manager Position
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Cabinet Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our cabinet shop. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with plastic laminate fabrication, a strong background in managing a team, and the ability to complete and interpret cutlists accurately. Applicant must have a valid Driver's License.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and lead a team of 10 employees, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
2. Oversee all aspects of plastic laminate fabrication, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety protocols.
3. Create, review, and manage cutlists for various projects, ensuring precision and accuracy in measurements.
