We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bilingual HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is essential for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication.
HVAC Techs should be available Mon-Fri 7am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Conduct regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements based on customer needs and system performance.
Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding of services, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and hours worked.
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Experienced technicians can earn up to $30/hr. Rate of pay will be based off your experience and qualifications and discussed further at the time of interview.
