Position: Solar Panel Technical Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Miami office, assisting customers and troubleshooting solar energy systems remotely.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customer technical inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Remotely diagnose and resolve issues with solar panels, inverters, and battery backup systems.
Guide customers through system monitoring tools and performance checks.
Create and update service tickets, escalating to field technicians or engineers when needed.
Clearly explain solutions and next steps to customers in an easy-to-understand way.
Keep accurate, organized records of all service interactions and resolutions.
Coordinate with the scheduling team for on-site service when required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Technical degree a plus).
1+ year of experience in technical support, electrical systems, or renewable energy (preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of solar energy systems.
Proficiency with CRM software and remote troubleshooting tools.
Requirements
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Reliable transportation.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must pass a background check.
