Job Description:

We are looking for a proficient IT Specialist with a diverse skill set to handle a variety of technical and digital marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in tech support, lead management, lead generation, CRM management, web design, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:

- Provide tech support for computers, phones, modems, internet, networks, and software.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

2. Lead Management:

- Upload leads into a predictive Dialer.

- Manage leads efficiently to optimize conversion rates.

3. CRM Management:

- Oversee and maintain the CRM system.

- Ensure data integrity and proper functioning of the CRM.

4. Web Design and Development (Lead Generation): Preferred

- Design and develop websites that are user-friendly and visually appealing.

- Maintain and update existing websites as needed.

5. Social Media Marketing (Lead Generation): Preferred

- Create and manage social media campaigns.

- Design and implement strategies to increase online presence and engagement.

6. SEO and Digital Marketing (Lead Generation): Preferred

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

- Manage Google Ads campaigns and other digital marketing efforts.

- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance.

7. CMS Management:

- Manage content on various Content Management Systems (CMS).

- Ensure website content is up-to-date and optimized.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in technical support and resolving IT-related issues.

- Proficiency in uploading and managing leads in a predictive Dialer.

- Strong experience with CRM systems.

- Skilled in web design and development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience in social media marketing and managing digital campaigns.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Ads.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
