We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler experienced in Revit to support our growing project workload.
Position Overview
The BIM Modeler will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed 3D mechanical models—primarily HVAC ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts—using Autodesk Revit. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, field supervisors, and the coordination team to ensure models comply with project specifications and support effective installation in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain 3D Revit models for HVAC systems (ductwork, piping, equipment, supports, etc.).
Produce coordinated shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation sheets.
Perform clash detection and collaborate with other trades to resolve conflicts.
Assist with model-based quantity takeoffs as needed.
Communicate with project managers, field teams, and engineers to ensure accurate modeling.
Maintain file organization, model standards, and version control.
Support project submittals, revisions, and as-built documentation.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience working as a BIM Modeler or similar position in the construction industry (mechanical/HVAC preferred).
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows is a plus.
Understanding of mechanical systems, ductwork, and piping layouts.
Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and submittals.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
