We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our in-office team and work collaboratively with our Off-Shore Sales team to drive sales success. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Cold Calling (90%)
Proactively engage potential customers through cold calls to introduce our vape products, juices, disposables and delta-based products.
Collaborate with the Off-Shore Sales team to align strategies and achieve collective sales goals.
Take ownership of sales targets and maintain a laser focus on meeting or exceeding goals.
Use creative sales techniques to up-sell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Identify potential new customers and nurture existing relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
Customer Interaction & Support:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate, clear, and helpful information regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
Work closely with the Off-Shore Sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, always striving for first-call resolution.
Identify customers’ needs proactively and recommend relevant products or services to enhance their experience.
Order Processing & CRM Management:
Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations when handling customer transactions.
Coordinate with the Off-Shore Sales team to track orders, follow-ups, and customer preferences.
Initiative & Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed on industry trends, new product launches, and company updates.
Contribute to team discussions by bringing fresh ideas and strategies to the table.
Collaborate with both in-house and Off-Shore Sales teams to optimize sales performance.
Identify areas for process improvement and work with management to implement solutions.
Demonstrate a proactive, progressive mindset—always looking for ways to boost sales and improve customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Vape Industry Experience REQUIRED – Must have direct experience with vape, juice, disposable, or delta-based products.
Retail Sales Experience is a Plus – Prior experience in retail or e-commerce is advantageous.
Sales-Driven with a Positive Attitude – A passion for hitting and surpassing sales goals.
Team-Oriented & Collaborative – Ability to work effectively with both the in-house and Off-Shore Sales teams to achieve shared goals.
Independent & Self-Motivated – Must demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic with minimal supervision.
Excellent Communication Skills – Confident, clear, and persuasive when speaking with customers.
Creative & Resourceful – Ability to think outside the box to increase order value and customer loyalty.
Tech-Savvy & CRM Knowledge – Familiarity with CRM platforms and e-commerce systems is preferred.
Problem Solver – Must be quick to adapt, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
