Sales Representative – Full-Time

Location: Near Cutler Bay – 11950 SW 222 ST, Miami, FL 33170

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

No Nights. No weekends.

Compensation: $18/hr. (16/hr. training 4 weeks )— or faster with strong performance.

Bonus opportunities

Yearly bonus

Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation, taken at the end of the year.

About Trailer Factory

Trailer Factory, a leading manufacturer of food trucks, concession trailers, and a variety of custom trailers, is hiring an experienced in-house sales professional. You’ll work directly with the Sales Manager and President, guiding customers through the trailer selection and sales process. We’re looking for someone with proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming sales inquiries and actively generate new leads

Provide expert product knowledge and help customers select the best solutions for their needs

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

Prepare and manage quotes, invoices, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency

Work closely with production and service teams to ensure smooth order processing

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups to close sales

Qualifications & Skills:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required

Proven sales experience (2+ years preferred), preferably in trailer sales, automotive, or B2B sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Familiarity with CRM systems, invoicing, and quoting processes

Ability to collaborate with internal teams and deliver excellent customer service
