As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in growing our client base, managing relationships, and delivering customized solutions to construction professionals across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project needs
- Follow up on quotes, proposals, and bids
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the construction sector (materials, equipment, or services) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the construction market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
