Position Overview:

People who have sold debt settlement, loan modifications, merchant cast advances, health insurance, final expense, digital marketing, etc have thrived with this sale,

We are looking for a highly driven Mortgage Wholesale Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is crucial in generating new business and nurturing existing relationships through strategic, consultative sales approaches conducted over the phone. If you have a passion for sales and at least 2 years of phone sales experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate terms and conditions, and prepare detailed proposals and presentations.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and fulfillment of mortgage applications.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in phone sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Strong understanding of a consultative sales approach, and proven sales closer.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships over the phone.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, with a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
