We are seeking a motivated and experienced Merchant Services Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and call center environments, with a strong ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions.
Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls and other communication channels.
Present and promote our merchant services and working capital solutions to businesses.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads effectively.
Collaborate with the team to develop new sales strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and/or call center roles, preferably in merchant services or financial solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
