Job Description:
As a Qualifier/Fronter, your main responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, qualify their moving needs, and transfer those leads to our sales team. This is not a sales position; your focus will be on verifying information and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to new leads via phone, email and text.
- Qualify leads
- Accurately document lead information and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the lead qualification process.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or lead qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge of the moving industry is a plus but not required.
