This is a 1099 independent contractor position, which means your earning potential is uncapped. Our top producers are making high six to seven figures annually, but your income is entirely based on your effort and consistency.

Responsibilities:
Your daily responsibilities will include actively prospecting potential clients and guiding them through the sales process to become long-term policyholders. You’ll have everything you need to succeed:
-A fully equipped workstation, including a desktop computer.
- Inbound calls, live transfers, pre-qualified leads.
-Access to daily training sessions and call recordings for continuous improvement.
-Opportunities to earn performance-based Spiffs throughout the day.
-One-on-one mentorship from top producers.
-A proven script and sales strategy that consistently converts, making it easier for clients to say yes!
If you follow the process, the results will follow.
Agents have 4 different ways of getting paid:
-Production
-Bonuses
-Leadership! (We promote from within.)
First-year average agent will be making 65k-100k, Top performers 100k-150k, Top 10% of new agents make well over 150k a year!
Requirements:
-Must speak fluent English (Bilingual is a PLUS!)
-Must be punctual.
-Must be coachable.
-Basic computer skills.
-A team player.
-Sales-driven mindset with great communication skills.
-Experience preferred but not required (We Provide Training)
