Role
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to help us break into new relationships with yacht dealers, brokers, marinas, and factories. This role is about getting us in front of the right people.
Responsibilities:
Visit local dealers, brokers, marinas, and boatyards to introduce.
Distribute sales materials and collect the contact information of service managers, brokers, and warranty managers.
Secure short in-person or phone meetings for the owner to present solutions.
Track all visits and contacts in a simple CRM (we’ll provide).
Be reliable, punctual, polished.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable walking into businesses and talking to managers.
Presentable appearance; must convey professionalism.
Marine industry exposure is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
Compensation
$20/hour + performance bonus for each qualified meeting set.
Flexible hours — part-time or contract.
