Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter / Sales Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to homeowners via phone calls to introduce our services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners to promote our home improvement services.
- Engage with potential customers, build rapport, and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities for our sales team.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with interested homeowners.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling or telemarketing preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Sheets
- Previous experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
