As an ACA Field Representative, your job is to engage with individuals and families within the community, helping them understand their health insurance options under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Responsibilities
▪︎ Mandatory orientations are held every Monday through Saturday at 10:30 AM in person and at 12:00 PM via Zoom.
ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED BEFORE STARTING.
▪︎ Outreach and engage with potential clients in various settings
▪︎ Facilitate the enrollment process for individuals seeking ACA health insurance
▪︎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACA provisions and guidelines
▪︎ Document interactions and follow up as necessary
▪︎ Achieve personal and team enrollment targets and qualify for weekly production bonuses
Qualifications
▪︎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
▪︎ Self-motivated with a persistent work ethic
▪︎ Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
▪︎ Comfortable with direct sales and client interaction
▪︎ No licensing required to start; licensed agents will have the opportunity to earn higher commissions
