We are seeking a security supervisor to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will visit various posts and ensure that officers are conducting all expected duties.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Visit posts to check on security officers on duty (primarily during the overnight shift) using a company-provided vehicle
Train new officers on the requirements and responsibilities of each post
Write detailed reports of any and all issues at each post, as well as regarding the performance of the officer on duty
Cover posts when guards call off
Attend staff meetings and meetings with clients
Work with management to recognize guards who display excellence in performance of duties as well as personal appearance, and train or remove guards who do not
Qualifications and Skills
Security D License
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields is required
Familiarity with security equipment including checkpoint systems
Ability to handle physically demanding work, including hours of walking or standing
Strong attention to detail
Able to fluently read and write in English
