We are looking for an experienced and dependable Security Supervisor/Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of security operations. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
Requirements:
Active Florida Class D Security License (Unarmed Security).
Minimum 2 years of experience in security supervision.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Strong organizational and training skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with security personnel and clients.
Responsibilities:
Train and supervise security personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Monitor and assess security procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
Communicate professionally with security officers, management, and clients.
Respond to incidents, assess risks, and escalate situations when necessary.
Maintain accurate logs and reports to ensure proper documentation.
