A luxury bridal house in Miami is seeking an experienced store manager with proven sales leadership to coach high-performing associates, direct daily operations and foster a culture of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets
-Interpret sales data to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities
-Introduce proven sales techniques to the sales team and oversee their successful implementation
-Set clear performance goals for the sales team and evaluate progress regularly
-Provide ongoing coaching, conduct constructive performance reviews and supply actionable feedback
-Support development and maintain performance accountability across the entire staff
-Lead vendor negotiations and devise creative, cost-effective strategies to introduce new product while limiting overhead risk
-Monitor accounts receivable and pursue timely collection of outstanding balances
-Uphold showroom standards of cleanliness and organization that reflects our brand’s elevated experience
Qualifications:
-Five years of experience in retail leadership, sales management or adjacent role required
-Ability to drive performance through accountability, coaching, and team development
-Skilled in managing priorities, solving problems, and making data-informed decisions
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills complemented by detail-oriented organizational practices
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace products
Schedule Requirements:
-Full-time position requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week, including occasional Saturday shifts
-Additional hours may be required during peak periods and according to business demands
-Regular, in-person attendance at the store is essential for this role.
