Blue Spring Construction LLC is hiring experienced Property Preservation and Occupied Maintenance Vendors in Florida.
We are providing services to national Clients. We are currently expanding and looking for driven, positive contractors to join our Business.
Payment:
- We pay our vendors on the following Monday 7 days from the submission of a work order through direct deposit.
- For the first work order, we can release the payment within 3 working days.
- We also pay through Venmo, Zelle and Credit card when needed.
Work includes, but is not limited to:
- Roofing, Rehab, Repairs, etc.
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Trash Outs
- Also seeking licensed contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)
All potential vendors are required to have:
- Aspen Grove ABC number.
- General Liability insurance of $1M.
- Familiar with the PPW (Property Pres Wizard) Mobile App
- Ability to bid on all damages at the property.
