RMMB Realty LLC D/B/A Royal Ambassador Travel in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks a Real Estate Researcher.
Responsibilities: evaluating and analyzing high volumes of market and financial real estate data to evaluate conditions and opportunities in the commercial real estate space. Duties include: conducting financial analysis relating to loans, transaction, and refinancing; determining loan structures and origination for asset classes; performing due diligence analysis using investigations and evaluations of potential properties; conducting deal analysis through consumer and market trends; and other related duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Education: Master’s degree in Market Research, Economics, Business Analytics, or related business field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: 1 year of experience in the job offered or related. Other special requirements include: 1 year of experience analyzing data to assist with financial decision making; 1 year of experience using investment and property analysis software; 1 year of experience analyzing investment portfolios; and 1 year of experience drafting real estate investment-related applications and negotiations.
