Real Estate Closing Processor

Sole practitioner attorney looking for a real estate closing processor. MUST have 1+ years of closing experience. Experience with Closing Vue and Old Republic or Attorney's Title Fund a plus. I am looking for someone who can take a file from inception to closing without much assistance. Must be familiar with how to order and review title commitment, lien search and survey. Must be familiar with preparing closing documents for buyer and seller. I need a self starter who is motivated and understands the customer service driven nature of the closing and title practice! I am willing to train to an extent but a base level knowledge of closings is a MUST. Start date right away!
