I am looking for a Broker and owner of a boutique Real Estate company in Miami, and I am looking for a partner who can take over my clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties. I will spend part of my time abroad and need someone to replace me. I will be extending my company to Dubai and need someone to run day-to-day operations and handle sales of the real estate business. In addition to your clients, you will also work with my clients. Competitive Commission Structure and Leads will be provided. The job will start now, but the official replacement will be in February 2025.
REQUIREMENTS;
Applicants for this position must have a Florida Active Real Estate license, preferably a Broker Lic.
The professional candidate must possess at least five years of experience in Real Estate sales and a proven track record of success.
Proven success in the Real Estate industry.
Must be a team player, motivational and personable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional disposition and demeanor.
Be willing to work hard and highly motivated to succeed.
English and Spanish Speaking is a bonus
