Job Description:
As a Real Estate and Mortgage Assistant at The Rente Group, you will be responsible for providing vital support in managing residential mortgage processes and real estate development projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous follow-up abilities, and a solid background in real estate. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth execution of tasks, from initial client engagement to final project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, processing, and tracking of residential mortgage applications.
Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
Manage and organize documentation related to real estate development projects and mortgage processes.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, property showings, and other real estate-related activities.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and project timelines.
Provide general administrative support to the team, including email management, calendar scheduling, and task prioritization.
Conduct research and gather data to support real estate development decisions.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in residential mortgages and/or real estate development is required.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with mortgage/real estate software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
