We are a 30 year old Northeast based independent real estate company that is looking to partner with an existing Florida agency so we can sell our clients properties in Florida under our brand.
An existing agent that owns their own small agency that would like to make some extra money by helping us be licensed in Florida would be perfect.
Or a broker that could act as our principal broker as we set up in Florida would work. We can work the deals but just need a licensed Florida agent to help facilitate.
Also a principal broker looking to retire or semi retire would be great. We have listings ready to go we just need someone licensed that can help facilitate under our brand in Florida.
We are flexible in terms of location in Florida and don’t require an office etc.
