Office is located near McNab and Powerline Rd
Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
Job Description:
The Permitting Assistant will be responsible for supporting the permitting process for various projects. This role involves coordinating with different departments, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete, and assisting in the submission and tracking of permit applications. This is an entry level position and full training will be provided. As we are a new rapidly growing business this position offers lot of room for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications.
Maintain and organize permit documentation and records.
Track the status of permit applications and follow up as needed.
Communicate with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Update our internal software and logs as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in permitting, administration, or construction is a plus but not required.
Notary Public is a plus but not required.
Bilingual a plus but not required (English, Portuguese and/or Spanish)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Drive(Sheets, Docs Etc) a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently and ability to take initiative.
