Office Assistant for private office
Looking for someone to help with paying bills and keeping track of expenses.
A nice opportunity for someone who is retired looking for some extra income. Low key casual environment.
Part time with very flexible hours.
Work window from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Hours: 6 to 9 hours per week.
Starting pay: $22.50 /hour.
Location: home office in Pompano Beach, FL (on site required not remote)
Duties: photo coping, scanning, data entry, bank account reconciliation and filing.
Software: Windows 11, Sage 50 (very much like Quickbooks) word and some excel.
No phone work
No payroll accounting
No tax reporting.
You would be an independent contractor and would receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
Language: English. Spanish required.
