Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors at the front desk.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with administrative tasks, including proofreading documents and maintaining organized records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
Utilize accounting software, such as Sage, to assist with basic financial tasks.
THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION OF 18 HOURS PER WEEK, AND WILL REMAIN A PART TIME POSITION. THERE ARE NO MEDICAL BENEFITS OFFERED.
