We are seeking a proactive and organized Community assistant. This role involves engaging with members, moderating discussions, organizing events—including social gatherings and parties—and ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring engagement and positive interactions.
Moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, and resolve conflicts as needed.
Respond to member inquiries and provide support.
Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, including virtual meetups, in-person gatherings, and social parties.
Collaborate with vendors, event planners, and venues for seamless event execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a community administrator, moderator, or event coordinator.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in planning and organizing events, including parties and social gatherings.
Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and community management tools.
Ability to handle conflicts and maintain a welcoming environmen
