Position Overview: We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk and Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth experience for our customers and managing essential administrative tasks. You will greet customers, manage phone messages, assist with clerical duties, and oversee the full cycle of shipping.
Hours of operation:
Monday- Friday (8:30am- 5:00pm) on site, no remote work available
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter the office, provide assistance, and direct them as needed.
Coordinate with Sales Team: Answer phones, take daily messages, and relay them to the appropriate team members.
Clerical Support: Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks, including assisting with invoice preparation, review, filing, data entry, and document organization.
Shipping Coordination: Oversee the full cycle of shipping: preparing shipments labels, tracking orders, and coordinating with shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
-Must be bilingual
-Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
-Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
