As our Customer Experience Specialist Manager, you'll lead a team of dedicated specialists focused on exceeding customer expectations and building loyalty. You’ll be the driving force behind optimizing our support strategies, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring every interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities.
Lead and mentor a team of customer experience specialists to deliver world-class service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BDA's and other Managers.) to ensure customer needs are met.
Analyze data and metrics to optimize team performance and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual- Spanish & Perfect English is a MUST
3+ years of experience in a customer experience or Manager role.
Tech-savvy
Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills.
Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and team performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Schedule is:
Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, schedule may change during the busy season.
