Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and office management, preferably in a leadership role.

Ability to pay attention to detail,
Strong command of Microsoft Office – Excel and SalesForce
Responsibilities:
Draft, review and send communications
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Maintain records and documents
Assist with team building
