Consulting firm recently relocated to Hlwd seeking experienced administrative assistant to the CEO. Desired candidate will have a professional phone manner and ability to interact with high level clientele; capable of maintaining CEOs daily calendar/schedule; ability to arrange travel and set up meetings and appointments; familiarity with office equipment, possess computer skills and has knowledge of day to day office functions. The ability to multitask, work independently and prioritize tasks is paramount, as is a level of flexibility.
